No. Registration charges do not include the Article Processing Charge (APC). We will prioritise journals that charge no APC, or that operate a waiver policy you may qualify for. If you choose a journal that does charge one, that cost is yours.
Authorship follows the ICMJE criteria. You must meet all four conditions: substantial contribution to the work, drafting or critically revising it, final approval of the published version, and agreeing to be accountable for its accuracy and integrity.
Authorship and acknowledgement are assigned in proportion to actual contribution. This is discussed and agreed before the work begins, then reviewed again once the study is complete to confirm the final order.
Raise it directly. Most disagreements are settled between mentor and mentee. If that does not resolve it, we reference COPE’s published guidelines, and a mutually agreed third party can be brought in.
The collaboration follows international standards, including the Declaration of Helsinki, the Belmont Report, and relevant EQUATOR Network reporting guidelines (such as STROBE, PRISMA, STARD, CARE, COREQ, and RTRAG), depending on your study design.
